Stone buriers with rear roller type RSF
Built with a working width from 185 to 300 cm, required power from 80 to 160 HP and working depth from 15 to 30 cm. RSF clods burier is a pofessional machine built to work in clayey and hard soils. The exclusive Frangiter rotor and its high rotation speed allow to break up the clods evenly. The Frangiter technique and the solid side transmission by gears allow to achieve more reliability and duration of the machine during the years even in extreme conditions. Designed to work in soils with clods.
Thanks to the modular structure of our machines it is possible to link to RSF clods burier with bed former shaper different accessories realized on request of our customers.
Standard Equipment:
- 3-Point linkage cat. 2°-3°.
- Single speed gearbox with 1000 rpm PTO*.
- Side gears drive in oil bath.
- 6 blades each flange type Frangiter.
- Double frame made with special steel IMEX 700.
- Adjustable and self- cleaned selection grill.
- Rear bonnet adjustment with adjustable manual jacks.
- Rear perforated metal roller Ø 480 mm (40 cm longer than the machine).
- Pin and hole adjustment roller.
- Cardan shaft with safety bolt.
- “CE” Safety guards.
* RSF 185 can be equipped with a single speed gearbox with 540 rpm PTO.
RSF can be customized to satisfy all needs. This stone burier is available in 3 models:
- single side transmission by gears like the above mentioned features.
- double transmission by gears for tractors from 160 to 200 HP.
- model for stones with Rotostone rotor available both with single and double side transmission.
